Yes. You log in on instagram.com itself, inside Apple WebKit, the same engine Safari uses. Your password goes straight to Instagram.

norot never reads, stores or sends it. Your norot account is separate from Instagram and never holds your Instagram login.

Your account keeps your settings, your stats and Premium with you. On a new iPhone, sign in and everything is back.

It never holds your Instagram login. We never learn which reels or accounts you watch.

Yes. It’s the quickest way in. You can choose to hide your email address. Apple then gives us a private address that forwards our emails to you.

You can also sign up with an email address and a password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to set a new one. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

If you signed up with Apple, you don’t have a norot password. Tap Sign in with Apple instead.

Forgot your Instagram password? Reset it on Instagram’s login page. We can’t see or reset it.

Open norot and go to Settings, Account, Delete account. This deletes your account and everything linked to it on our servers. It can’t be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. To stop one, cancel it in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Can’t open the app? Write to us at norot@dynamis.health and we’ll delete it for you.

The lock uses Apple Screen Time, and you set it up once. Open norot and tap the Screen Time card on the Home screen. It takes about a minute.

You pick Instagram yourself in Apple’s list. iOS does not let apps choose for you.

Changes that give you more, like a higher daily number, take effect after 24 hours. Changes that give you less apply right away. This keeps your plan steady from day to day.

You can see the pending change in Settings, with the time it starts. You can cancel it anytime.

Instagram changes its website often. Sometimes a part of the page looks different in norot for a while.

Write to us at norot@dynamis.health and tell us what you see. Many fixes reach you without an app update.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose norot.

Deleting the app or your norot account does not cancel a subscription.

Premium is linked to your norot account. Sign in with the same account, and Premium comes back on its own.

If it doesn’t, open norot, go to Settings, tap Get Premium, then tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
